When Genius was published in paperback by Armada, it was split into two titles - Genius and Fête.
Elinor wrote an extra chapter for Genius (which was published by Armada in 1969, the year before Elinor’s death) and there were some other text changes, too, in both Genius and Fête.
As well as the complete and unabridged text, and our normal introductions to the series, the GGBP edition will include:
- Elinor’s extra text
- An article by Adrianne Fitzpatrick describing how the various changes fitted into the different editions
- A ‘musical introduction’ from Sally Dore.
